OAKLAND, Calif., Sept. 28 (UPI) -- A 25-point, fourth-quarter explosion by the San Diego Chargers Sunday produced a 28-18 come-from-behind victory against the Oakland Raiders.

Oakland scored the game's first 15 points and held a 15-3 lead heading into the final 15 minutes, but could not quell San Diego's late charge.

In the decisive quarter, San Diego's LaDanian Tomlinson scored on 13- and 41-yard runs. He finished with 106 yards on 20 carries.

Quarterback Phillip Rivers completed 14-of-25 passes for 180 yards, one touchdown and two interceptions.

Nate Kadeing booted two field goals in four attempts for the Chargers (2-2), who have won two in a row.

Oakland quarterback JaMarcus Russell went 22-of-37 for 277 yards with a touchdown and an interception.

Zach Miller scored once after five catches for 95 yards for the Raiders (2-2). Michael Bush ran for 48 yards on 14 attempts and caught seven passes for 80 yards.

The loss did not help Oakland Coach Lane Kiffin, who is battling rumors about being fired.
