COL FB: Utah 37, Weber State 21

SALT LAKE CITY, Sept. 27 (UPI) -- Brian Johnson passed for two touchdowns and Matt Asiata ran for two more Saturday to lead 17th-ranked Utah to a 37-21 win over Weber State.

Johnson completed 18-of-22 passes for 194 yards and Asiata had 37 yards on 10 carries. Darrell Mack added 58 yards on the ground on 12 carries, and Bradon Godfrey and Colt Sampson each scored once for Utah (5-0).

Cameron Higgins was 24-for-38 with 303 yards and three touchdowns for Weber State (3-2). Tim Toone caught six passes for 118 yards and a TD and while Bryant Eteuati had eight receptions for 83 yards and a touchdown.

Utah held the Wildcats to only 56 yards on the ground.
