PHILADELPHIA, Sept. 21 (UPI) -- Donovan McNabb passed for a touchdown and Philadelphia battled to a 15-6 win over Pittsburgh Sunday in a game that featured a dozen sacks.
McNabb connected with Correll Buckhalter on a 20-yard scoring play in the second quarter. It was the only touchdown of the game.
The Philadelphia quarterback, who left the game with an injury at one point but returned to the field, finished with 24 completions on 35 passes, totaling 196 yards.
The Eagles had nine sacks and Pittsburgh had three.
Buckhalter ran for 43 yards and caught six passes for 44. Hank Baskett had eight receptions for 85 yards and David Akers kicked two field goals for Philadelphia (2-1).
PIttsburgh's Ben Roethlisberger, who left the game late in the fourth quarter with an injury to his right hand, was 13-for-25 passing for 131 yards. Roethlisberger was intercepted once and lost two fumbles.
Jeff Reed kicked two field goals for the Steelers (2-1), who had only 180 total yards in the contest.
