NFL: Indianapolis 18, Minnesota 15

MINNEAPOLIS, Sept. 14 (UPI) -- Adam Vinatieri kicked a 47-yard field goal with three seconds to play Sunday, boosting the Indianapolis Colts over the Minnesota Vikings 18-15,

Peyton Manning passed for 311 yards and a touchdown for Indianapolis (1-1). Manning was intercepted twice.

The Colts' Anthony Gonzalez hauled in nine passes for 137 yards and Reggie Wayne caught five for 93 yards and a touchdown.

Adrian Peterson ran for 160 yards for the Vikings (0-2), who got all their points on five field goals by Ryan Longwell.

Minnesota quarterback Tarvaris Jackson completed 14 passes for just 130 yards.
