FRESNO, Calif., Sept. 14 (UPI) -- Allan Evridge was 12-for-24 passing for 143 yards and a touchdown Saturday night, leading 10th-ranked Wisconsin to a 13-10 win over No. 21 Fresno State.

P.J. Hill gained 112 yards rushing on 26 attempts and Garrett Graham had five catches for 58 yards and a touchdown for the Badgers (3-0).

Tom Brandstater was 15-of-27 passing for 225 yards, one touchdown and one interception, and Devon Wylie caught two passes for 62 yards and a TD for Fresno State (1-1).

The Bulldogs failed to capitalize on several scoring opportunities when kicker Kevin Goessling missed from 35, 47 and 51 yards. Goessling did connect on a 33-yarder in the third quarter, when the Bulldogs scored all their points to get within 13-10.

Evridge left the game in the fourth quarter, apparently because of cramping.
