Former NBA player Orlando Woolridge arrested for theft

HOUSTON, Sept. 9 (UPI) -- Lance Berkman's three hits, including a homer, produced four RBI that helped the Houston Astros to 9-3 win over the Pittsburgh Pirates Tuesday.
Berkman also scored three times.
Darin Erstad and Miguel Tejada each had three hits and scored twice for the Astros, who have won 12 of their last 13 games and are a major league-best 34-16 since the All-Star Game.
Randy Wolf (10-11) moved to 4-1 in nine starts in a Houston uniform, allowing three runs on four hits through seven innings.
Steve Pearce hit his first career home run for Pittsburgh.
Ross Ohlendorf (0-1) allowed six runs on nine hits in his second start with the Pirates, who have lost four straight.
