COL FB: Missouri 52, SE Missouri 3

COLUMBIA, Mo., Sept. 6 (UPI) -- Chase Daniel passed for 245 yards and three TDs and Derrick Washington scored three TDs Saturday in 7th-ranked Missouri's 52-3 win over Southeast Missouri.

Daniel was in for less than a half but completed 16-of-17 passes. Washington rushed for 67 yards on eight carries for the Tigers (2-0).

Jared Perry had 60 yards receiving and a touchdown on three catches and Jerrel Jackson caught six passes for 70 yards.

Matt Scheible started at quarterback for the Redhawks (1-1) and hit just 5-of-13 passes for 46 yards before being pulled for Houston Lillard, who threw for 197 yards on 20-of-38 completions. Walter Peoples had 80 yards receiving on eight catches.

The Tigers scored touchdowns on their first five possessions.
