FOXBOROUGH, Mass., Aug. 31 (UPI) -- Shalrie Joseph's goal in the 71st minute Saturday helped the New England Revolution play to a 2-2 tie against the Los Angeles Galaxy.

Joseph's first goal of the season negated two goals by the Galaxy's Landon Donovan. New England's Taylor Twellman scored his fourth goal in his last five games in the first half.

Donovan's 16th goal this season, and the 80th of his career, came in the 55th minute.

The Revolution (11-6-5) extended their unbeaten streak in the MLS to three games in a row.

Los Angeles (6-9-7) earned a draw for the second time in its last three matches and is winless in 10 straight MLS games.
