MLB: Milwaukee 4, Pittsburgh 3 (12 inn.)

MILWAUKEE, Aug. 24 (UPI) -- J.J. Hardy's RBI single in the 12th inning Sunday gave the Milwaukee Brewers their fourth straight win, 4-3 over the Pittsburgh Pirates.

Hardy, batting against Jason Davis, scored Rickie Weeks, who had walked and stolen second.

Mike Cameron included a homer among his five hits and drove in two runs and Bill Hall added three hits and scored a run for the Brewers.

Reliever Guillermo Mota (4-5), who worked his way out of a bases-loaded jam in the top of the 12th, was the winner. Milwaukee starter CC Sabathia pitched six innings, allowing a run and eight hits.

Pittsburgh's Nyjer Morgan had three hits and an RBI and Ryan Doumit added two hits and an RBI in the Pirates' fourth straight loss.

Davis (1-4) took the loss.
