NFL: Green Bay 27, Denver 24

DENVER, Aug. 23 (UPI) -- A 1-yard touchdown run by Kregg Lumpkin with 3:15 to play was the game-winner for Green Bay Friday in a 27-24 pre-season victory over the Denver Broncos.

A pass interception by the Packers' Tracy White set up the touchdown.

Quarterback Aaron Rodgers connected on 18-of-22 passes for 193 yards and a score for Green Bay (1-2).

Jay Cutler tossed for two touchdowns for the Broncos (1-2).

Andre Hall ran for 46 yards and Brandon Marshall caught two passes for 71 yards and a touchdown for Denver.
