CLEVELAND, Aug. 21 (UPI) -- Cliff Lee became the American League's first 18-game winner this year and Grady Sizemore knocked in seven runs Thursday in Cleveland's 10-3 rout of Kansas City.

The win finished a three-game sweep and ran Cleveland's winning streak to four games.

Sizemore had four hits, including a three-run triple in the bottom of the first inning, a sixth-inning RBI single and a three-run home run in the eighth.

The Indians' Shin-Soo Choo hit a two-run third inning home run, while Jhonny Peralta hit a solo home run in the seventh.
