MLS: Houston 4, Real Salt Lake 3

HOUSTON, Aug. 17 (UPI) -- Brian Ching and Brian Mullan each had a goal and an assist Saturday night to lead the Houston Dynamo to a 4-3 MLS victory over Real Salt Lake.

Brad Davis had two assists and Ricardo Clark and Nate Jaqua scored for the two-time defending MLS champion Dynamo (7-4-8), who leapfrogged over Real Salt Lake (7-7-6) to lead the Western Conference by two points.

Real Salt Lake got goals from Yura Movsisyan, Javier Morales and Kenny Deuchar. Morales and Robbie Findley recorded one assist each.
