MLS: Chivas USA 2, Los Angeles 2 (tie)

CARSON, Calif., Aug. 15 (UPI) -- Alan Gordon scored two minutes into stoppage time Thursday to give the Los Angeles Galaxy a 2-2 Major League Soccer tie with Chivas USA.

Gordon took a pass from Ante Jazic and directed the ball into the far post side netting.

The Galaxy's Landon Donovan got the first goal of the match in the eighth minute, his league-leading 14th of the season.

Atiba Harris scored five minutes into the second half and Paulo Nagamura added a goal 13 minutes later for Chivas.

Los Angeles is 6-8-6, Chivas 6-8-5.
