ANAHEIM, Calif., Aug. 14 (UPI) -- Seattle's Wladimir Balentien hit a three-run homer in the 12th inning Wednesday, lifting the Mariners to a 10-7 victory over the Los Angeles Angels.

Balentien hit a ball off Justin Speier (1-5) that just cleared the outfield fence.

Roy Corcoran (3-0) got the win, tossing three scoreless innings of relief.

Raul Ibanez had a solo homer among four hits and drove in two runs for Seattle, which ended a four-game slide.
