MLB: Houston 12, San Francisco 4

HOUSTON, Aug. 13 (UPI) -- Lance Berkman hit a grand slam home run for Houston, which scored eight seventh-inning runs and beat San Francisco 12-4 Tuesday for its sixth straight win.

Berman's shot highlighted the big seventh. Ty Wigginton hit a solo homer and Darin Erstad had a two-run bloop single during the rally.

Hunter Pence added a solo home run for Houston and Aaron Rowand homered for the Giants.

The Astros' Roy Oswalt (10-8) pitched seven innings and got the win. Oswalt, winning his fourth straight decision, allowed three runs and 10 hits.

Loser Tyler Walker (4-7) gave up a hit and two runs without recording an out.
