KANSAS CITY, Kan., Aug. 9 (UPI) -- The Kansas City Wizards led 3-0 on goals by Sacha Victorine, Claudio Lopez and Davy Arnaud but had to hang on Saturday for a 3-2 victory over Chivas USA.

Goals by Carey Talley and Justin Braun in the final 20 minutes closed the gap, but Chivas USA couldn't convert a couple late chances.

The Wizards are 6-6-7 and Chivas USA 6-8-4.
