TORONTO, Aug. 8 (UPI) -- Ben Francisco and Shin-Soo Choo drove in two runs apiece for Cleveland Friday, pacing the Indians to a 5-2 win over the Toronto Blue Jays.
Francisco and Choo each doubled in a run in the third inning and both hit RBI singles in the eighth.
Winning pitcher Anthony Reyes (1-0), acquired from St. Louis in July, worked 6 1/3 innings, allowing a run and seven hits.
Matt Stairs and Kevin Mench singled in the Toronto runs.
David Purcey (1-3), the loser, gave up three runs and six hits in six innings.
