ST. LOUIS, Aug. 6 (UPI) -- Ryan Ludwick hit a one-out, two-run homer in the bottom of the 11th, capping the St. Louis Cardinals' 6-4 win over the Los Angeles Dodgers.

Also for the Cards, Albert Pujols smacked a two-run homer, and Adam Kennedy was 3-for-6 with an RBI and two runs scored. Jaime Garcia (1-1) took the win after pitching a scoreless inning of relief.

St. Louis had lost three of its previous four games.

Jason Johnson (1-1) gave up Ludwick's homer and took the loss.
