Murray tops Djokovic in Ohio event

MASON, Ohio, Aug. 3 (UPI) -- Scotsman Andy Murray out-fought favorite Novak Djokovic through two tiebreakers Sunday and won the Western & Southern Financial Group Masters title in Ohio.

Murray, seeded eighth, scored a 7-6 (7-4), 7-6 (7-5) victory over the third-seeded Serbian star.

The victory was Murray's third this year and sixth on the ATP tour.

Murray won $420,000.
