Tommie Harris' wife dies

SEATTLE, Aug. 3 (UPI) -- Seattle's Raul Ibanez drove in three runs and Jeremy Reed added two RBI Sunday in the Mariners' 8-4 win over the Baltimore Orioles.
Ibanez singled in two runs and sent home another with a sacrifice fly. Reed had an RBI triple and a sacrifice.
J.J. Putz (3-4) got the win, tossing 1 1/3 scoreless innings.
Kevin Millar and Brian Roberts each had two hits and an RBI and Guillermo Quiroz and Luke Scott drove in a run apiece for the Orioles.
Loser Daniel Cabrera (7-7) worked into the seventh inning, allowing seven runs and seven hits.

The wife of former Chicago Bears Pro Bowl defensive tackle Tommie Harris died of a stroke or brain aneurysm in an Oklahoma hospital, the Chicago Sun-Times said.
