Koreans expected to shine in archery

The South Koreans have dominated the sport and will again be expected to do so. The Korean men's team has claimed the gold medal in the last two Olympics and recently captured the World Cup over Malaysia.

Women's team archery became part of the Olympics in 1988 and the Koreans have won all five gold medals awarded. Italian Natalia Valeeva of Italy ended a streak of South Korean individual world titles when she claimed the 2007 crown.

American Vic Wundele will be on this year's team. He won the individual Olympic silver medal in 2000, the same year the United States won a team bronze.
