BALTIMORE, July 24 (UPI) -- The Toronto Blue Jays completed a rain-delayed 5-1 victory at Baltimore Thursday afternoon.

The contest at Camden Yards was suspended Wednesday night following a rain delay of 1 hour, 44 minutes with Toronto holding a 2-1 lead in the top of the sixth inning.

When play resumed, Toronto widened its advantage by scoring three times in the eighth.

Overall, three Toronto players knocked in one run and two scored on Kevin Millar's eighth inning throwing error.

Lyle Overbay had two of the eight hits for the Blue Jays, winners in three of their last four games.
