CINCINNATI, July 19 (UPI) -- Joey Votto had two hits and three RBI Saturday night to lead the Cincinnati Reds past the New York Mets 7-2.

Votto hit an RBI single in the bottom of the fourth and a two-run triple in the seventh. Three others had one RBI each and a run scored on Carlos Beltran's seventh-inning fielding error.

Like Votto, Jeff Keppinger had two hits in the Reds' second straight victory.

Winner Josh Fogg (2-2) gave up two runs -- one earned -- and eight hits in six innings.

New York's David Wright had three hits, one a solo home in the fourth. One run scored on Fogg's second-inning error and Carlos Delgado added two hits for the Mets, who have lost two in a row on the heels of their 10-game winning streak.

Losing pitcher Oliver Perez (6-6) surrendered three runs -- two earned -- and six hits in six innings with three walks and six strikeouts.

There was a brief rain delay before the contest began.
