MILWAUKEE, July 7 (UPI) -- Matt Holliday homered and had two RBI Monday to lead the Colorado Rockies to a 4-3 victory over the Milwaukee Brewers.
Ubaldo Jimenez (4-8) scattered three hits, struck out seven and walked five in seven scoreless innings for Colorado.
Taylor Buchholz allowed three unearned runs in two-thirds of an inning. Manuel Corpas recorded the final out in the eighth and Brian Fuentes pitched a perfect ninth for his 14th save.
Jeff Baker had two hits and scored a run for the Rockies, who have won six of their last seven games.
Seth McClung (5-4) went just 4 2/3 innings and gave up two runs on three hits with five walks and five strikeouts to take the loss for Milwaukee.
Carlos Villanueva allowed two runs -- one earned -- on three hits in 2 1/3 innings of relief.
Prince Fielder hit a two-run homer for the Brewers, who have lost only two of their last seven games.
