BALTIMORE, July 1 (UPI) -- Jose Guillen singled in Mike Aviles in the 11th inning Monday, securing a 6-5 Kansas City win over Baltimore.

Miguel Olivo's pinch-hit homer off George Sherrill with two outs in the ninth forced extra innings as the Royals came back from four runs down to snap a two-game losing streak.

Ron Mahay (4-0) pitched the last two innings to claim the victory. Joakim Soria picked up his 22nd save. Starter Zack Greinke gave up five runs on seven hits and a walk in five innings.

Brian Burres went five-plus innings, allowing one run on five hits and three walks for Baltimore, which has lost two in a row. Chad Bradford (3-3) was the loser after giving up a run on three hits in the 10th and 11th.

Alex Cintron went 2-for-3 with an RBI double and Ramon Hernandez had a solo home run for the Orioles.
