NASHVILLE, June 28 (UPI) -- The Tennessee Titans gave tackle David Stewart a six-year contract extension Saturday, a deal reportedly worth $38.9 million.

Financial terms were not disclosed, but The (Nashville) Tennessean reported the extension totaled $38.9 million with $10 million in guaranteed money, including a $6 million signing bonus. Stewart reportedly will receive a roster bonus of $2 million this year along with a base salary of $1 million.

Stewart, a 6-foot-7, 318-pounder, started 30 games over the past two seasons. Stewart was selected by the Titans in the fourth round of the 2005 draft out of Mississippi State.

Tennessee signed tackle Michael Roos to a six-year, $43 million extension in April.
