LOS ANGELES, June 28 (UPI) -- Russell Martin and Andre Ethier homered Friday to back up a four-hit pitching effort that gave the Los Angeles Dodgers a 6-0 win over the Los Angeles Angels.

Martin hit a solo homer in the first inning and Ethier broke things open with a three-run shot in the seventh.

Chan Ho Park (3-2), making his second start since being placed in the Dodgers' injury-plagued rotation, allowed four hits and struck out seven in six innings. Three relievers combined to also strike out seven in three hitless frames.

The loss went to Joe Saunders (11-4), who was trying to become the first pitcher in the majors this year to reach 12 victories. He allowed three runs on five hits over five innings.
