
CHICAGO, June 26 (UPI) -- Adam Huff had four hits and was one of three players with two RBI Thursday in the Baltimore Orioles' 11-4 rout of the Chicago Cubs.
Huff's two-run double in the top of the third inning gave Baltimore an early 3-0 advantage.
Jay Payton had two hits and three RBI, while Nick Markakis and Guillermo Quiroz also drove in two runs each for the Orioles.
Winner Radhames Liz (2-0) yielded two earned runs and four hits in five innings.
Three relievers finished up in the Orioles' second win in the three-game series at Wrigley Field.
Eric Patterson led Chicago with an RBI single and a sacrifice fly. Daryle Ward had two hits and one RBI and Henry Blanco drove in one run.
Mike Fontenot and Ryan Theriot added two hits each for the Cubs, who had won eight straight series at home when the inter-league series began Tuesday.
Losing pitcher Jason Marquis (6-4) surrendered seven earned runs and seven hits in four innings.
