WASHINGTON, June 22 (UPI) -- Brandon Boggs and Ian Kinsler homered and Frank Catalanotto and Jarrod Saltalamacchia hit RBI singles for the Texas Rangers Sunday in a 5-3 win over Washington.

Boggs led off the fourth inning with a solo homer and Kinsler did the same in the sixth.

In the eighth, Catalanotto's hit to the left side gave Texas the lead and Saltalamacchia followed with an RBI single up the middle.

Ronnie Belliard hit a two-run home run in the seventh inning and Willie Harris socked a solo shot in the sixth for Washington, which has dropped five of its last six contests.

Vicente Padilla (10-3) shut out the nationals until Harris' homer and ended up with the win.

Washington reliever Luis Ayala (1-4) was charged with the loss.
