
DENVER, June 11 (UPI) -- Todd Helton ripped a three-run homer and Garrett Atkins added a two-run shot Tuesday, propelling the Colorado Rockies to a 10-5 win over San Francisco.
Helton finished 3-for-4 at the plate and Atkins was 2-for-4 as the Rockies won for the fifth time in six outings. Omar Quintanilla finished 3-for-4 with two runs scored and an RBI.
Aaron Cook (9-3), the only Rockies starter with more than two wins, allowed four runs -- three earned -- on nine hits and a walk over seven-plus innings.
Pat Misch (0-3), back as a starter after a short demotion to the Giants' bullpen, gave up four runs on seven hits in four innings. Reliever Vinnie Chulk also surrendered four runs in two innings.
Jose Castillo had three hits and scored twice, and Brian Horwitz hit a pinch-hit solo home run, as San Francisco's win streak ended at four. The Giants were 0-for-11 with runners in scoring position.
