KLAGENFURT , Austria, June 9 (UPI) -- Police arrested fans of the German national soccer team for shouting Nazi slogans at Polish fans during a European championship game in Austria.

Police arrested about 100 people in two incidents, Ynetnews.com reported. One incident involved a group of Germans shouting slogans such as "All Poles must wear yellow star" in downtown Klagenfurt and the other involved Germans and Polish fans fighting in the fan zone at soccer stadium.

Those detained would be charged with disturbing the peace and expelled from Austria, the Austria Press Agency reported.
