MLB: Baltimore 5, Minnesota 3

MINNEAPOLIS, June 4 (UPI) -- Adam Jones went 2-for-3 with two RBI Tuesday, sparking the Baltimore Orioles to a 5-3 victory over the Minnesota Twins.

Kevin Millar and Melvin Mora each hit solo home runs for the Orioles. Brian Roberts had a double, a triple and an RBI in the win.

Radhames Liz (1-0) earned the win after allowing two runs on four hits in 5 1/3 innings. George Sherrill got his 19th save with a scoreless ninth.

Joe Mauer had a double and an RBI for the Twins. Alexi Casilla had an RBI double and Brendan Harris added an RBI single. Kevin Slowey (2-5) was saddled with the loss after allowing four runs on seven hits in six innings.
