PITTSBURGH, June 3 (UPI) -- A former Pittsburgh Steeler was among five wounded when an argument escalated into a shooting at a Pennsylvania restaurant.

The Sunday 1:30 a.m. incident in North Versailles' Nigro's restaurant and nightclub did not result in life-threatening injuries to any victims, including former Steelers safety Russell Stuvaints. Allegheny County police arrested Tyrone Watson, 27, of McKeesport, the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reported Tuesday.

Stuvaints was shot in the right hip, North Versailles Police Chief James Comunale said, adding he did not know the cause of the argument. Several bystanders were wounded.

Included was the disc jockey at Nigro's, which Comunale told the Post-Gazette had been a trouble spot about five years ago.

"But they cleaned up their act," he said.
