DOVER, Del., June 1 (UPI) -- Kyle Busch beat Carl Edwards to the checkered flag by more than four seconds to win Sunday's Best Buy 400 auto race in Dover, Del.
Busch steered the No.18 Combos Toyota to his fourth victory this season and eighth of his Sprint Cup career.
With two laps remaining before the last pit stop, Busch was running second to Edwards, but his team changed four tires and added two cans of fuel. From that point, Busch raced home to victory.
"The guys on pit road had a phenomenal day, got us out front and kept us out front and that's what won it," Busch said. "They should enjoy this win, this is their win."
Greg Biffle, Matt Kenseth and Jeff Gordon completed the top-five finishers.
In the Sprint Cup standings, Kyle Busch is first with 2,050 points, Jeff Burton is second with 1,908 points and Dale Earnhardt Jr. is third with 1,779 points.
