Dallas twice took the lead before having to settle for its second draw with Houston this season. The other tie also resulted from a Houston goal in stoppage time.

Drew Moor scored in the 69th minute to give Dallas a 2-1 advantage and shortly afterward both Andre Rocha and Eddie Robinson were sent off, leaving the teams with 10 men each.

Dallas had a 1-0 halftime lead thanks to a goal from Kenny Cooper. Corey Ashe tied it in the 59th minute.
