
CLEVELAND, May 24 (UPI) -- Ben Francisco's three-run homer in the bottom of the third inning Saturday gave the Cleveland Indians a 5-2 win Texas.
Cleveland trailed 2-1 with two on and one out when the outfielder's second home run this season put the winners on top for good.
Francisco and Jhonny Peralta had two hits each while Peralta added one RBI for the Indians, who broke a seven-game losing streak.
Winner Cliff Lee (7-1) gave up two earned runs and seven hits in 6 2/3 innings with four walks and eight strikeouts. Joe Borowski recorded his third save.
Texas got one RBI each from David Murphy and Ian Kinsler. Josh Hamilton and Michael Young had two hits apiece for the Rangers, whose three-game winning streak ended.
Losing pitcher Scott Feldman (1-2) surrendered six hits and five earned runs in six innings.
