MLB: Minnesota 7, Texas 6 (12 innings)

MINNEAPOLIS, May 20 (UPI) -- Howie Clark drove in the winning run in the bottom of the 12th Monday night to give the Minnesota Twins a 7-6 win over Texas.

Alexi Casilla smacked his first MLB home run to drive in three runs and Joe Mauer had two hits and two RBI for the Twins, who won for just the second time in their last seven games.

Bobby Korecky (1-0) pitched 1 2/3 perfect innings in relief to get his first career win -- and also got his first big league hit, a single in the 11th.

Boof Bonser started and went 6 1/3 innings for the Twins, giving up four runs -- three earned -- on six hits with no walks and five strikeouts.

Milton Bradley had two hits, one RBI and two runs scored and Josh Hamilton had two hits -- including his 11th homer of the season -- for the Rangers, who have lost two straight games.

Scott Feldman started and went six innings for Texas, giving up five runs on seven hits and two walks.

Franklyn German (1-3) was tagged with the loss. Entering the game in the 12th, German have up a leadoff infield single to Carlos Gomez, who went to second on a groundout and then scored on Clark's game-winning hit.
