DeWitt finished with two RBI, Andre Ethier had a double and two RBI and Matt Kemp went 4-for-4 with one RBI for the Dodgers, who won for the fourth time in their last six games.
Brad Penny started, allowing five runs on nine hits in six innings for LA. Takashi Saito (2-1) got the win after pitching a perfect inning of relief in the ninth.
Reds starter Bronson Arroyo went five innings, allowing five runs -- three earned -- on nine hits.
David Weathers (1-3) took the loss.
Brandon Phillips had four hits, one RBI and two runs scored, and Adam Dunn had a two-run homer and an RBI single for Cincinnati, which came into the game with a six-game winning streak.
Russell Martin led off the Dodgers' half of the ninth with a single and went to second on a bad throw by Paul Janish. Martin took third on a Jeff Kent groundout and Weathers intentionally walked James Loney and Kemp to set up a force out at any base, but DeWitt finished off the Reds with a single to left.
