
ATLANTA, May 18 (UPI) -- Yunel Escobar and Omar Infante drove in two runs each Sunday to lead the Atlanta Braves to a 5-2 victory against Oakland.
Escobar had three hits and drove in two runs with a second-inning single. Infante stroked a pinch two-run triple in the eighth.
Brian McCann hit an RBI double in the first and Gregor Blanco added two hits for the Braves, who won twice in the three-game inter-league series at Turner Field.
Jo-Jo Reyes (2-1) struck out six batters and walked two in five innings in his third start this season.
Oakland got one RBI each from Bobby Crosby and Jack Hannahan, with Crosby hitting a solo homer in the first. Four players had two hits each for the Athletics, who have dropped five of six.
Losing pitcher Justin Duchscherer (3-3) surrendered three earned runs and seven hits in five innings.
