MLB: Toronto 3, Minnesota 2 (11 inn.)

MINNEAPOLIS, May 15 (UPI) -- Joe Inglett's pinch RBI single in the top of the 11th inning Thursday lifted Toronto to a 3-2 win at Minnesota.

The game was tied 2-2 through 10 innings before the back-up infielder stroked his game-winning hit while batting for shortstop Jorge Velandia.

Inglett's heroics came days after he was re-called from Triple-A Syracuse.

Scott Rolen and Alex Rios also had one RBI each.

Rolen and Shannon Stewart both had two hits for the Blue Jays, who swept the three-game series at the Metrodome.

The winner was Shawn Camp (1-1) with closer B.J. Ryan recording his seventh save.

Minnesota scored on Dustin McGowan's third inning wild pitch and Justin Morneau's fifth-inning double.

Morneau and Jason Kubel had two hits apiece for the Twins, who had won three of four before being swept at home by Toronto for the first time since April 4-6, 2003.

The losing pitcher was Jesse Crain (1-2).
