Los Angeles came back from a 4-1 deficit to end the Brewers' winning streak at three games.
The Dodgers closed within one in the seventh by scoring two unearned runs and then got to Guillermo Mota (1-2) in the ninth.
Mota walked Delwyn Young with one out and pinch-hitter Andre Ethier singled Young to third. Pierre then doubled to the wall in left-center, driving in both runners and giving the Dodgers a 5-4 lead.
Pierre stole third and scored on a ground out by Andruw Jones.
That made a winner out of Jonathan Braxton (2-1), who recorded the last two outs in the eighth. Takashi Saito worked a 1-2-3 ninth for his sixth save.
