Arbitrators rule against Orioles pitcher Bergesen

MINNEAPOLIS, May 14 (UPI) -- Jesse Litsch limited the Minnesota Twins to two runs Tuesday in a 5-3 Toronto Blue Jays victory.
Litsch (5-1) allowed only four hits with no walks in 5 2/3 innings.
Matt Stairs homered, walked twice and scored two runs for the Blue Jays.
Twins starter Kevin Slowey (0-3) lasted 5 2/3 innings, allowing three runs on five hits and two walks. He struck out five in his third start of the season and second since coming off the disabled list due to a right biceps strain.
Carlos Gomez was 2-for-4 with a home run for the Twins, who had just won three of four from Boston at home. Jason Kubel hit a pinch-hit homer.
