Tommie Harris' wife dies

DETROIT, May 10 (UPI) -- Chris Osgood needed only 17 saves Saturday to pace Detroit's 2-1 victory over Dallas in Game 2 of the Western Conference NHL finals.
Darren Helm and Henrik Zetterberg each scored a goal for the Red Wings, who have won eight straight games and hold a 2-0 lead in the best-of-seven series.
Detroit forward Johan Franzen, the playoffs' leading goal-scorer with 12, who out of the Red Wings' lineup because of concussion-like symptoms.
Stephane Robidas scored Dallas' only goal. Dallas goalie Marty Turco stopped 32 shots in the loss for the Stars.
The series moves to Dallas for the next two games, with Game 3 set for Monday night.
