PITTSBURGH, May 8 (UPI) -- Adam LaRoche's RBI single capped a three-run seventh inning rally Thursday and boosted Pittsburgh over the San Francisco Giants 5-4.

San Francisco led 4-2, but Nate McLouth hit a sacrifice fly and Jason Bay hit a game-tying RBI double before LaRoche's game-winning single.

Freddy Sanchez had three hits and scored twice.

Ryan Duomit had a run and two hits, while Bay also had three hits for the Pirates, who completed a three-game sweep.

The winner was Franquelis Osoria (2-1) after a scoreless seventh inning and closer Matt Capps earned his eighth save.

San Francisco scored all of its runs in the fourth on RBI singles by Emmanuel Burriss off starting and losing pitcher Matt Cain and a two-run double by Steve Holm.

Cain and Dan Ortmeier had two hits each for the Giants, who have lost four in a row.

Cain (1-3) surrendered five earned runs and nine hits in 6 1/3 innings.
