MLB: Atlanta 14, Cincinnati 7

ATLANTA, May 4 (UPI) -- Chipper Jones had three hits and five RBI Sunday to boost the Atlanta Braves to a 14-7 win over the Cincinnati Reds.

Jones's three-run homer capped a seven-run bottom of the second inning. He also had a two-run single in the fifth.

Mark Kotsay drove in three runs with three hits, one a solo homer in the eighth. Kelly Johnson had four hits, two RBI and scored twice. Four others, including starting pitcher Tom Glavine, had one RBI each for the Braves, who have won three in a row.

The winner was reliever Royce Ring (1-0).

Cincinnati's Adam Dunn drove in two runs. Four players had one RBI each and one run scored on Martin Prado's fifth inning throwing error. Four players had two hits apiece for the Reds, whose losing streak grew to five straight games.

Losing pitcher Bronson Arroyo (1-4) surrendered seven earned runs and seven hits in 1 1/3 innings.
