CHICAGO, April 26 (UPI) -- Guillermo Quiroz and Brian Roberts drove in two runs each Saturday in Baltimore's 5-1 win over the Chicago White Sox in the opener of a day/night doubleheader.

Quiroz' first major league homer, a two-run blast in the top of the sixth, broke up the perfect game of Chicago southpaw John Danks. Roberts hit a two-run double in the ninth.

Seven players managed one hit each for the Orioles, who have won five of their last six games against the White Sox.

Winner Brian Burres (3-1) surrendered three hits in eight scoreless innings and when the White Sox loaded the bases in the bottom of the ninth, George Sherrill recorded his ninth save by retiring Joe Crede on a fly out.

Toby Hall had two hits for the White Sox, whose lone run scored on when Carlos Quentin was hit by a pitch with the bases jammed in the ninth.

Danks (2-2) yielded two earned runs and four hits in 6 1/3 innings.
