AUSTIN, Texas, April 23 (UPI) -- Guards D.J. Augustin and A.J. Abrams of the University of Texas Wednesday led a list of underclassmen announcing intentions to enter this year's NBA draft.

Augustin, a 6-foot sophomore from New Orleans, led the Longhorns in scoring with a 19.2 points per game average.

Abrams, a 5-foot-11 inch junior from Round Rock, Texas, was second in scoring with a 16.5 points per game average.

"Playing in the NBA has always been a dream of mine since I was a little kid," said Abrams, who will not hire an agent. "If I'm comfortable with where I feel I'll be drafted, I'll stay in the draft. If not, I'll be back for my senior year."

They were joined by Memphis juniors Antonio Anderson and Robert Dozier; Kansas junior guard Mario Chalmers and Mississippi State junior guard Jamont Gordon.

The Tigers' entire starting five are set to enter the draft.

Guard Derrick Rose and forward Chris Douglas-Roberts declared earlier in this month.
