Ramirez hit the second pitch of the game over the wall in center and Jacobs contributed a two-run blast off Jeff Bennett (0-1), who allowed those three runs on five hits in six innings.
Andrew Miller (1-2) gave up two runs on nine hits in five innings and was backed up by four innings of scoreless relief from Doug Waechter, Matt Lindstrom, Taylor Tankersley and Justin Miller.
Dan Uggla had three hits and tripled in two runs in the ninth for the Marlins, who have won four out of five.
It was Atlanta's second straight loss after having won five in a row. Matt Diaz had a solo homer for the Braves.
