CLEVELAND, April 13 (UPI) -- Delonte West paced the Cleveland Cavaliers with 18 points Sunday in an 84-76 win over the Miami Heat.
The Cavaliers' extended their lead for the No. 4 playoff seed in the Eastern Conference to two games over the Washington Wizards.
Zydrunas Ilgauskas added 14 points and 14 rebounds. LeBron James had 13 points, 11 rebounds and seven assists and Devin Brown and Anderson Varejao contributed 10 points each for Cleveland.
Ricky Davis scored 17 points for Miami, which has dropped nine of its last 10 games.
