NBA: Minnesota 114, Memphis 105

MEMPHIS, April 12 (UPI) -- A 23-point performance off the bench by Rashad McCants Saturday led the Minnesota Timberwolves to a 114-105 victory over Memphis.

The Timberwolves won their second straight after losing six in a row. It was Minnesota's seventh road win all season.

Kirk Snyder added 22 points, Al Jefferson had 21 and Randy Foye 16.

Memphis was paced by Mike Conley with 25.

The Timberwolves poured in 43 first-quarter points to take an 18-point lead, and the Grizzlies came no closer than nine the rest of the game.

Minnesota and Memphis split their four meetings this season.
